Just kidding! It’s just her “pure zen” Smartwater ad, which I snapped today at the intersection of Clark and Madison here in Chicago. Still gorgeous, don’t you think?

Anyway, Jen’s still in New York, filming The Bounty, although with Gerard’s duties promoting The Ugly Truth, now in theaters, he hasn’t been seen on the set this week. Prior to her late-night scene yesterday, Jen was snapped en route to the set in a more casual ensemble, with baggy boyfriend jeans and some cool Converse sneakers (available on Zappos). Photos are below. She was also snapped enjoying a salad on her way into her trailer - those pics are at I’m Not Obsessed. Her jeans may look distressed, but she sure doesn’t - she makes this relaxed ensemble look good!

Jen’s popping up all over Chicago! My latest “Jen sighting” is at Michigan and Ontario, on the Magnificent Mile, where she’s making every commuter’s day just a little bit prettier. Once again, it’s all “pure speculation.”

Speaking of speculation, Jen’s been snapped on the Bounty set looking very friendly with her costar Gerard, and speculation has been rampant that they’re, well, more than friendly. INF Daily, the source of these pics, seems particularly convinced of this thinking, as their eyewitnesses say that Jen and Gerard laughed and joked and appeared “intimate.” I can’t say I’m convinced just yet - Jen’s hugged many of her leading men like that! This friendly gesture could be just that - friendly. But as always, time will tell - so what do you think?

Jen may be in New York right now, filming The Bounty, but Chicagoans get to see her beautiful face as well - her Smartwater ads are popping up all over the city! Some time ago, I showed you one at State and Randolph, and in my recent travels, I have come across a few more. The advertisement above, featuring the “pure zen” copy, is at the intersection of Clark and Chicago.

Just a few blocks away, at Clark and Hubbard, Jen pops up again, this time in the “pure speculation” version of the ad. I have to admit, seeing these ads makes any day, even a rainy one like today, just a little bit brighter. Some cities get a special treat - the ad below, on the side of the Hyatt in Hollywood, is several stories high! So tell me - have Jen’s ads made their way to your city?

Last night, Jen had a girls’ night out with her friends Courteney and Sheryl - and it was all for a very good cause. The friends showed up in support of OmniPeace founder Mary Fanaro, who has launched a line of t-shirts whose proceeds benefit the City of Joy, a center dedicated to the recovery of women and children affected by violence in the Congo.

Access Hollywood was there, and they talked to Jen, Courteney, and Sheryl about the significance of the line (video is at the link). Jen even told them some backstory behind the design - the shirts feature a collage of drawings from children of the Congo, as one of the services offered by City of Joy is art therapy. What inspired her to get involved? She tells People, “I am extremely lucky. But these women and girls need help – it makes you think.” She was later snapped with Demi Moore on her way out of the event - pics are at X17 Online.

This isn’t the only way that Jen’s helping kids. As previously mentioned, Smartwater has recently come out with a new label - a recent post by FitSugar reveals that these labels benefit Action for Healthy Kids, an organization dedicated to educating children on healthy habits for life. The design was inspired by a mural that Jen completed with children in the program during a visit to a school in L.A.

Don’t forget - the Crystal + Lucy Awards are tonight! Jen will be honored with the Crystal Award for excellence in film.

Jen is smart, and she knows how to show it! She’s shown her smart stuff in recent print ads for Smartwater, and in my recent travels, I saw this stunning one at the corner of Randolph and State here in Chicago. The copy talks about “pure temptation,” but a refreshing drink of water is about as healthy as it gets!

Speaking of refreshing, Jen is making good use of her time off to unwind. As we have seen previously, she has spent some time catching up with friends, and recently, she took the time to relax on her own with a spa day (X17 Online has the pics). In just 10 days, she’ll be hard at work once again - Bounty Hunter starts shooting in New York on June 15th.

This may come as no surprise to us, but according to Forbes, Jen is one of the most powerful celebrities in the world! She is #8 on their Celebrity 100, an index of earnings and media visibility. Thanks to her work in box office hits such as Marley & Me and He’s Just Not That Into You, along with smart business decisions including her continued endorsement of Smartwater and her work with Echo Films, Jen earned $25 million last year. She is one of the top actresses on the list, alongside Angelina Jolie (#1), Sarah Jessica Parker (#58), and Meryl Streep (#64).

With this, Jen continues an upward climb in the rankings - she was #17 on the 2008 list, and #44 the year before that, in 2007. Congratulations to Jen on a job well done!

In the latest issue of beauty mag Allure, I came across something truly stunning - a new Smartwater ad! A mellow Jen is seen chilling out in the latest ad from Glaceau, where the copy reads. “Pure Zen. We can’t promise inner peace. But inner purity? Yeah, every bottle comes with that.” With her relaxed pose and sweet smile, I think it’s safe to say that Jen knows a thing or two about inner peace as well.

Speaking of Smartwater, don’t forget to keep an eye out for the brand-new label, now in stores. Jen really knows how to make her mark! Jen also made her mark in Madras, Oregon - KTVZ recently interviewed Judy Abbe, the real-life manager of Sonny’s Motel, where much of Management was filmed. Abbe talks about her experience during filming, and the questions she gets from travelers even now!

Jen’s new ad for Glaceau’s Smartwater has recently been revealed - or at the very least, it’s all based on “pure speculation.” Jen’s lips are sealed in this print advertisement, where the copy reads, “We’re not ones to sip and tell, but Jen’s pretty into us (and our vapor distilled purity).”

Jen’s also made her mark on the Smartwater bottle with a new label! The new, more colorful label can now be found in stores - and Jen’s signature can be found on the inside near a drawing of a fish, along with the words “Play first, you can make up the rules later. Quench your curiosities. Drink and think positive.” I recently came across this brand-new bottle, and pictures of the new label can be seen below!

Yesterday, students at a Los Angeles elementary school got a special treat, as Jen, in cooperation with Glaceau and Action For Healthy Kids, spoke with students as part of an after-school program on water and nutrition. Jen was snapped greeting staff members as she arrived at the school, and not too surprisingly, she had Smartwater in her hand - pictures are at PopSugar. According to People, the program at Cahuenga Elementary involved some Q-and-A as Jen answered questions from students - and I’m sure that they paid attention to her answers!

This was one of many stops for Jen in the past few days - she has been a busy lady! As previously mentioned, Jen’s Tuesday night involved the Reel Moments premiere as well as a night out at Tower Bar. On Wednesday night, Jen made time for a bud and a beau. Not only did she go to the Arquettes’ home for the launch of David Arquette and Ben Harper’s clothing line Propr (story at Fashion Week Daily, but she then made her way to the Grand Havana Room for a birthday party for on-again beau John Mayer. According to People, Jen and John were with a gathering of friends as they stayed past midnight to toast John’s 31st birthday.

The party on Thursday, John’s actual birthday, was a bit more private as Jen was snapped arriving at his house - the pics can be found on PopSugar, and based on these latest pics, it appears that she may have found time for a salon visit somewhere in there as well!

With the start of 30 Rock’s third season fast approaching, NBC has released a preview of upcoming guest appearances, including Jen’s! As previously mentioned, on the November 13th episode, Jen plays Claire Harper, Liz’s former roommate who takes a particular interest in Alec Baldwin’s character Jack. Watch the preview and you’ll see that by “particular interest,” I mean Fatal Attraction-style obsession! Claire is unlike any character Jen has played before, and from the looks of it, she rocks it! In coming weeks, Tina Fey and her costars will be joined not only by Jen, but by Megan Mullally, Steve Martin, and Oprah!

So what has Jen been up to lately? She’s been laying low, although she was snapped warmly greeting her publicist Stephen Huvane on Wednesday. Those pics, along with caps of the preview, can be found below - enjoy!

The couple that hydrates together stays together? Bauer-Griffin has brand-new pictures of John enjoying a refreshing bottle of Smartwater as he leaves for tonight’s Jones Beach gig. If the aforementioned rule applies, this bodes very, very well for Jen and John. So does his recent assertion that fan hookups are in the past, as People reports. At the Z100 Lounge last night, he kept quiet about his current relationship with Jen, but he candidly responded to an assortment of questions from fans.
