Jen in the Big Apple
Since her wetheaded outing on Friday, Jen has pretty much flown under the radar. We knew nothing of her whereabouts - until she surfaced in New York City on Tuesday night! Jen was snapped leaving Nobu, looking terrific in a gray dress - pictures can be found at Splash News and PopSugar. Jen enjoyed a lovely evening with friends - and as a video at Sky Showbiz shows, one of those friends is, in fact, a Friend-in-law! Jen is seen talking to Paul Rudd, who played Phoebe’s husband Mike on Friends (and who also costarred with Jen in The Object of My Affection).
TMZ then caught up with Jen on Wednesday, as she arrived at the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Jen has a long-standing appreciation of art, and the Met has particular significance to Jen, as a piece of her artwork was once displayed there when she was a child. Here’s hoping that she enjoyed this most recent visit!
So what brings Jen to New York? Speculation has run rampant, especially given recent headlines about her love life, but with what we have seen, this looks more like a business/catching-up-with-old-friends trip. Who really knows for sure, though? Other than Jen, that is.
Finally, going back a bit, pictures have recently surfaced from the Friends of El Faro fundraiser a couple of weeks ago - the event raised money for the children of the Casa Hogar Sion orphanage in Mexico. PopSugar has an adorable pic of Jen with Popular actress Leslie Bibb at the event. Looks like they all had a great time - for a great cause!
