Steve Zahn’s Mike enjoys the view

Some time ago, I mentioned that very little is known about Management, even though filming wrapped several months ago. Well, thanks to IMDB, we now know at least a little bit more. Their new plot synopsis reveals that Jen’s overworked traveling saleswoman character is named Sue Claussen, and Steve Zahn’s slacker motel manager is named Mike Crenshaw. The film will be released in the United States on September 19; if you just can’t wait that long, check out some spoilers under the jump!

- Their entanglement begins when Mike sends Sue a bottle of wine “complements of management.”
- The motel is in Arizona; Mike follows Sue to her home in Maryland (presumably, locations in Oregon were used to double for locations across the country).
- Sue’s ex-boyfriend, yogurt mogul Jango (Woody Harrelson), enters the picture with an appealing opportunity for Sue to get involved in his charity work.

    Thanks for this update.The guy(Belber) that wrote the script for Managagement is an Emmy nominated writer.They said he gets the best out of all his characters. This sounds so weird-I love quirky!!!
