Management

Variety brings us the happy news of another new Jen movie; she will costar with Steve Zahn in Management, a romantic comedy with a rather unusual premise:
Jennifer Aniston and Steve Zahn will star in “Management,” a romantic comedy that marks the feature directing debut of playwright-screenwriter Stephen Belber.
Pic will be financed by Sidney Kimmel Entertainment; Temple Hill partners Wyck Godfrey and Marty Bowen are producing.Aniston will play a traveling saleswoman who sells cheap art to small companies and motels. She has a fling with an aimless, underachieving assistant motel manager (Zahn) at one of her stops, and he pursues her all over the U.S.
Belber wrote the script with the intention of directing it and enlisted Godfrey and Bowen, who are currently producing an adaptation of the Nicholas Sparks novel “Dear John” that will star Channing Tatum.
No immediate word on a start date, but here’s hoping that it’s soon!

I am so excited about this movie.Jennifer has taken a long time selecting her next movie-so she must think this is a great script.Steve Zahn is so funny. He starred in Friends as Phoebe’s husband and was also in OMA…My fav roles were of him in Sahara and Chicken Little. He’s getting good buzz for his Rescue Dawn with Christian Bale. This will be a fun paring and I’m feeling the Indie vibe here.
